Ritual Ready Items: Ship within 3–5 business days.
Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces: Please allow 4–6 weeks for creation before dispatch.
Delivery times vary depending on location.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Packaging
Each piece arrives beautifully packaged, ready for gifting or safekeeping.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our work, returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind.
If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
We’ll happily repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
Repairs
Complimentary repairs are available within 6 months for issues related to craftsmanship.
Beyond that, repairs may be available for a small fee.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once shipped, your parcel is in the carrier's care.
We’ll always assist in tracking down any lost items, but we cannot be held responsible for postal delays.
